Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator (Nights) to join their team. As a Forklift Operator (Nights), you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator (Nights)

Location: Clackamas, OR

Position Type : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential between hours of 7:00PM - 5:00AM

Shift: Night shift, 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 rotation, with every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system

• Inspect forklifts before use and maintain propane tanks and accessories

• Coordinate with supervisors to determine material requirements and delivery schedules

• Transport materials between departments and ensure inventory accuracy

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Proven experience operating sit-down and propane forklifts

• Possession of a certified forklift operator license (preferred)

• RF scanning experience is a plus
