Now Hiring: P&C + Life & Health Insurance Producer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who wants to build a long-term careernot just chase short-term sales.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Property & Casualty license
• Active Life & Health license
• Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best coverage options
• Provide knowledgeable guidance during policy writing and renewal processes
• Prepare and present coverage and policy options clearly
• Maintain accurate client records in the client management system
• Address day-to-day client needs including claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rate questions

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Active Oregon P&C and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Previous sales and/or insurance experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to clearly explain insurance coverages in a customer-friendly way
