Your Role as a Culinary Service Team Member:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Make enticing recommendations for drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their meal.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into our POS system without error.
• Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to our guests.
• Check in regularly with guests during their meal to provide refills and clear empty items from tables.
• Present and process checks quickly, showing appreciation and encouraging guests to return.
• Uphold all food safety standards consistently and diligently.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be legally authorized to work.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Willingness to move around the restaurant and stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
• A collaborative team player with keen attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills.
