Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Clackamas, OR

Position Type : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate : $21.00/hour

Shift: Friday - Tuesday, 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse

  • Inspect forklifts before use to ensure proper functioning

  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements in ERP system

  • Coordinate with department supervisors to meet production schedules

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, manufacturing preferred

  • 1+ years of forklift operation experience, including sit-down and propane forklifts

  • Possession of a certified forklift operator license (preferred)

  • RF scanning experience (preferred)
