Short-Term Project / Gig Worker (Flexible Role)
Project Overview

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to support a variety of short-term warehouse and production tasks single-day and short-term shifts. This role involves a mix of order picking, packing, unloading, replenishment, and basic machine operation. Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical work, can follow detailed instructions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Candidates must be available for ongoing project work over a 3-6 month period.
Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Communicate progress and any challenges promptly
• Follow project guidelines and instructions
• Maintain professionalism throughout the project
• Additional duties as needed based on project scope
• Maintain a tidy, organized packing area throughout the shift
• Break down and flatten cardboard boxes; load materials into recycling containers

• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience relevant to the project (preferred but not always required)
• Access to necessary tools/equipment depending on the task
