Join Ross Stores as a Store Protection Specialist and take an active role in enhancing the safety and security of our environment. In this position, you will:

• Proactively prevent theft and fraud while ensuring a safe shopping experience for customers and team members.
• Maintain a strong visible presence at store entrances and exits, effectively deterring theft.
• Exhibit a commanding presence by wearing a company-issued vest and required black attire.
• Conduct regular walks on the sales floor to identify and address any potential theft indicators and safety hazards.
