Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30AM - 3:30PM

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our day-shift operations at a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality thermoformed products. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience in a production environment who is looking to grow their technical expertise and contribute to a team committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What is the Job:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment.

• Support installation, setup, and launch of new machinery and systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Accurately complete maintenance work orders and maintain detailed equipment history logs.

• Ensure all work complies with OSHA requirements and internal safety policies.

What is Needed:

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance or similar technical role.

• Strong understanding of PM systems, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and basic electrical components.

• Proficiency with standard hand tools and power tools required.

• Experience with fabrication, machining, welding, soldering, brazing, or pipefitting is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safety.
