Job Description

• Need is for someone to supplement existing solutions architect who has the following skills (note: this is not a comprehensive list, just the highlights for what I see).
• Highly technical able to supervise, train, and build up junior members with no experience in Kronos SDM, configuration, maintenance, and complex Labor Level schemas.
• Highly interactive able to supervise others' work, able to interact pleasantly with end-user communities, able to engage sr management on regular basis with little communication gaps.
• Highly available able to travel on short notice and possibly for multiple multi-week engagements, sometimes consecutive engagements.
