Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work safely and efficiently
Capable of working with close tolerances
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Job Duties:
Pick, pack, sort, and prepare parts for shipment
Store and organize parts in designated areas
Instruct and assist other team members as needed
Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures
Move and position loads using cranes and order pickers
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for picking, packing, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Perform bending, stooping, walking, and kneeling regularly
Safety Requirements:
Employees must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including:
Metatarsal boots
Gloves
Ear plugs
Safety glasses
Bump cap
Client provides all PPE except metatarsal boots. Reimbursement is available up to $140.00. PPE must be worn for the entire shift-no exceptions.
