Join our team as a Wood Fabrication Shop Helper, where you will be instrumental in the creation and assembly of structural and architectural pieces for park construction projects. This role involves wood fabrication, material handling, and ensuring quality through precise measurement and adherence to blueprints and drawings.
Responsibilities
Fabricate wood and lay out assemblies according to project drawings.
Saw parts and drill timber frames for structural and architectural components.
Handle materials and prepare outgoing shipments for customer orders.
Conduct quality checks using measurement tools, blueprints, and drawings.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with tape measures, power tools, and hand tools.
Experience with wood fabrication on large timber forms.
Forklift operation experience is essential.
Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions from blueprints and drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints.
Strong skills in measurement and precision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
