The Production Helper is responsible for material handling and machine operation. This includes packaging and labeling finished products, preparing products for shipping, and assisting with the setup and operation of automated production machinery. The role involves handling a weatherizing solution for large paper rolls used in construction, shop cleanup, and general shop assistance. Additionally, the operation of forklifts to move materials is required.

Work Environment:
The work environment is industrial manufacturing, requiring the use of heavy machinery. Employees must wear PPE, including safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and safety glasses. The work schedule rotates between three shifts every 8 weeks: Day (6:45AM 3:00PM), Swing (2:45PM 11:00PM), and Night (10:45PM 7:00AM), moving from Night to Swing to Day shifts.

Pay and Benefits:
