Well, you're in the right place! National Claims Management is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Lake Oswego!

  • Pay: $22-$25 per hour
  • Benefits: End-of-year discretionary profit-sharing bonus
  • Location: Lake Oswego, OR
  • Schedule:
o Part-Time

o 100% On-site

o 2 days per week (flexible days)

o Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Who We Are:

National Claims Management is a thirdparty administrator specializing in trucking, heavy equipment, and commercial auto liability claims. We also handle premise, product, and general liability claims. Our team manages the full lifecycle of a claim, from initial contact and investigation through evaluation, negotiation, and, when necessary, litigation.

What You'll Do: A typical day will consist of: You'll play a key role in supporting the flow of claims and payments that keep our office running. A typical day will consist of:
  • Entering claims received via fax or email into our system
  • Managing vendor checks: queuing, printing, and preparing them for shipment
  • Answering phones and providing general clerical support
  • Picking up, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Logging into bank accounts and transmitting daily data
  • Supporting adjusters with tasks they cannot complete when you're unavailable
  • Copying, scanning, and sending large files
  • Troubleshooting basic office equipment and coordinating maintenance
  • Assisting the claims team with operational needs
  • Other duties as assigned
