Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor access points and public areas, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and document entries, exits, and notable activity per post orders.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, noting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity and reporting findings as directed.; Complete detailed written reports, incident documentation, and activity logs, and assist with compliance-related observations and coordination with local public agencies when directed.
