Job Title: Expansion Operator
Pay Rate: $20.33/hour
Shift:

• Monday-Friday 5 AM-1:30 PM: $19/hr.
• Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 3:15 PM-3:30 AM: $21.85/hr.
• Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 3:15 AM-3:30 PM: $21.85/hr.
• Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 3:15 AM-3:30 PM: $20.33/hr.
• Monday-Thursday 3:15 PM-1:45 PM: $20.90/hr.
• Monday-Thursday 3:15 PM-1:45 AM (must train on day shift 5 AM-3:30 PM): $20.90/hr.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate specialized equipment to transform raw materials into high-quality finished goods. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce finished goods from raw materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data sheets for materials in process.
• Conduct in-process quality tests (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content).
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and product inconsistencies.
• Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics to ensure product accuracy.
• Track orders, monitor inventory levels, and align production with demand.
• Collaborate with planning, production, and maintenance teams to coordinate schedules.
• Requisition materials and manage delivery timelines. #1939 LID

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required. PREFER to see experience in manufacturing or production, but will train.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
