We're hiring a Route Relief Customer Service Rep who's equal parts service pro + relationship builder-covering routes as needed to keep customers taken care of.Why you'll like it here* You're not stuck at a desk - your route changes, your days go fast • Strong training + support (you won't be thrown to the wolves) • Real impact: you help customers stay stocked, solve issues fast, and make their week easier • $26.00/hr. starting pay (route relief)What you'll do* Cover routes as assigned (PTO coverage, open routes, call-outs, growth) • Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures • Manage customer inventory levels (keep them stocked-not buried) • Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates • Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can't) • Identify add-ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.) • Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurate • Drive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety cultureYou're a fit if you are* Friendly, organized, and accountable • Comfortable working independently and talking with customers daily • Detail-minded with inventory, paperwork, and follow-through • Adaptable - you can step into different routes and keep service consistentRequirements* Valid driver's license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided) • Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly • Comfortable using mobile apps daily • Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers • Paid weekend coverage (when assigned) On-call hours: Sat/Sun 8:00am-4:30pmApply with your resume and a quick note: "What does great service look like when nobody's watching?"
