Payroll Specialist

The team is adding a Payroll Specialist to support U.S. payroll operations and partner closely with HR and Finance. What You'll Be Doing

• Run bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,600 U.S. employees using ADP Workforce Now
• Review payroll registers, time data, and benefit deductions to ensure accuracy before processing
• Work closely with HR and timekeeping teams to resolve payroll variances and employee questions
• Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions with accuracy and discretion
• Maintain payroll records, procedures, and documentation to support audits and compliance
• Ensure payroll practices align with federal, state, and company requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as they come up

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now
• Exposure to UKG Dimensions is a plus, not a must
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with payroll reports
• High attention to detail, solid organization skills, and the ability to meet firm deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
