About the Job:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the Dean of the College of Business. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for managing complex departmental workflows, including financial oversight, accreditation support, and faculty coordination.

A day in the life of this position:
A typical day balances high-priority executive coordination with essential departmental operations. You begin by managing the Dean's complex calendar and prioritizing incoming communications. Throughout the day, you navigate institutional systems-processing financial transactions in Vena and Concur, updating course schedules in 25Live, and managing faculty contracts. You regularly collaborate with faculty to resolve enrollment issues and textbook orders while ensuring long-term initiatives, such as accreditation reporting and search committee logistics, remain on track.
