TheAdministrative Assistant - On/Off Boarding Coordinator has the principal responsibility to manage the client experience in bringing Residents and Owners completely into the RPM Last Frontier environment and then out of the environment, completing all checklists timely and ensuring Owners and Residents understand where and how to access all information required for successful relationship during transitional stages. You will also support other departments with customer service response and administrative support.
