This role involves hands-on work in preparing job sites, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring that all construction tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Job Duties:

• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily use at construction sites
• Consult with supervisors and team leads to review project plans and tasks
• Follow instructions to safely operate tools and machinery
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as electricians, painters, and carpenters as needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment
• Ensure tools and construction equipment are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly
