About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Finance Director who will serve as a pivotal financial leader and strategic partner in building and overseeing our finance function. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance, and producing comprehensive reporting across our hybrid 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structure. As a strategic thinker, you will transform financial data into actionable insights, create and manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize our impact.

The Finance Director will establish and maintain robust financial operations, systems, and controls while contributing significantly to our operational excellence. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of finance experience in donor-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofits, with a strong preference for those familiar with 501(c)(4) environments. You should excel in nonprofit financial management and operations, demonstrating competence in compliance and adopting modern tools and automation to enhance financial insights.
