Human Resources Generalist

Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $30$36/hour

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.

Duration: Temporary (3060 days)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to provide broader HR support during a coverage period for a Portland-based organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees across multiple HR functions. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Administer benefits and act as a point of contact for employees
  • Support recruiting efforts, including candidate screening
  • Maintain and audit employee data and HR records
  • Assist with employee relations investigations and documentation
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
Qualifications
  • 35 years of HR Generalist experience (50+ employee environments preferred)
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices, benefits, and recruiting
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ADP or HRIS experience preferred
  • HR certification or degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish required/preferred

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
