Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform welding, layout, and fitting of structural steel components and bridge girders with speed and accuracy without supervision.; Interpret and understand complex blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications related to structural steel and bridge projects.; Identify steel shapes, layout and fit beams, columns, show weld size, piece marks, direction marks, etc.; Utilize various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, overhead cranes, and measuring instruments to accomplish fitting tasks.; Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy, alignment, and adherence to project requirements.
