Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Wheat Ridge team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards
• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect merchandise for damage or defects
• Break down pallets and stage products in designated receiving areas
• Accurately stock products into proper warehouse shelf and bin locations
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and internal systems
• Pull customer orders accurately by locating correct aisle and bin locations
• Verify product and quantity prior to order processing
• Package finished goods using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery
• Follow company and carrier packaging guidelines
• Assist with inventory organization and overstock placement as needed
• Support overall warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of warehouse or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using RF scanners
• Basic math skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass company drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Continuous repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Compensation

The recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $19-21 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
