Role Overview: As a Warehouse Order Picker Clerk, you will contribute to our success by taking on responsibilities in one of two key areas:

• Warehouse Inventory Control: You will perform inventory reviews, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring effective product flow using material handling equipment while following safety protocols.
• Warehouse Clerk: Your main tasks will involve verifying product accuracy, collaborating with teammates to address any issues, and communicating professionally to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in operating material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures is essential.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Independence and strong problem-solving skills, including analytical and math abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) and a willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with colleagues and customers.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Willingness to adopt safety procedures swiftly and ensure safe practices.
• Ability to handle material handling equipment safely and become certified for operation (Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, etc.).
• Proficient in basic English (verbal and written).

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to pass a legally permissible drug screening.
• Must be open to working additional hours as business needs arise.
• Capability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as required.
• Ability to manually lift, push, or pull boxes weighing 70-100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse setting, including familiarity with material handling equipment and inventory control.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
