Follow an established sales process to convert competitive accounts to company technology.
Maintain and update all opportunities in CRM on at least a weekly basis.
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.
Perform and support physical inventories as part of the sales process.
Deliver presentations highlighting product value and clinical impact.
Drive sales growth across all product lines within the assigned territory.
Build relationships with clinical thought leaders to promote improved care processes and patient outcomes, including wireless monitoring and advanced pulse oximetry solutions.
Negotiate and close sensor and supply agreements for both new and existing accounts.
Communicate and interpret clinical study data to support product adoption.
Collaborate with corporate accounts, IDN partners, and clinical specialists when team selling is appropriate.
Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and trend insights to marketing and leadership.
Continuously strengthen strategic and tactical selling skills and implement best practices.
Organize and lead educational seminars focused on monitoring solutions and patient safety initiatives.
Coordinate clinical evaluations to establish strong clinical champions within target accounts.
Maintain detailed account profiles, opportunity tracking, and accurate sales forecasts in CRM.
Conduct annual business reviews with existing customers.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience selling innovative technology solutions to clinicians.
Proven success selling medical devices or emerging technologies to multiple hospital call points (e.g., Anesthesia, Respiratory, ICU, OR, Biomedical, Executive Leadership) and decision-makers.
Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated success managing customer relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation experience.
Ability to influence clinicians to adopt new technologies and patient care processes based on clinical evidence.
Experience conducting clinical evaluations, research initiatives, or focus groups.
Ability to effectively communicate value-based solutions.
Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays; valid driver's license required.
