Estimated Duration: 6 month contract (W2)

Hours

Monday-Friday 9-5pm; 40 hours per week

Estimated Pay Rate: 34.50-44.50/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience level, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5years' experience in Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing, Social, Creative Production, or Brand Communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Airtable required
  • Strong understanding of streetwear, lifestyle, youth culture, and sport-style trends
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (web, app, social), content formats, and consumer engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Marketing Specialist II to support one of our largest and most iconic retail clients headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. This position sits within the client's Sportswear / Lifestyle Brand Management team, a fast-paced group focused on driving cultural connection, creative storytelling, and product energy across lifestyle, streetwear, and sport-inspired categories. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, style, and digital engagement, and who wants to contribute to high-visibility marketing moments across a globally recognized brand. You'll work closely with the client's Brand Management, Product, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams, supporting category leads and collaborating with cross-functional partners. This role reports into the Brand Management leadership team and offers broad exposure to how major lifestyle brands build cultural connection and bring product storytelling to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Seasonal Support: assist in building seasonal marketing plans for sport-inspired lifestyle and streetwear product collections

  • Support development of marketing briefs for creative, digital, and cross-functional teams

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestone alignment across brand partners

  • Creative & Digital Asset Coordination

  • Help manage asset development, distribution, and readiness across digital platforms (app, web, CRM, social)

  • Track product info and ensure accuracy in all consumer-facing materials

  • Support photoshoots, product pulls, sample management, and on-set needs

  • Lifestyle & Product Storytelling

  • Contribute to storytelling around key product trends, cultural moments, and fast-turn campaign needs

  • Support execution of rapid-response marketing aligned to drops, launches, or cultural opportunities

  • Track consumer insights and culture-driven trends to surface new opportunities for the brand

  • Project & Operations Management

  • Support project leads in managing workflows, approvals, and communication rhythms

  • Maintain alignment between category, creative, product, and digital partners

  • Organize information across multiple workstreams and ensure project details are up-to-date
