Executive Administrative Assistant (VP Support - Technology)

Description:

We are Seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a VP and two Senior Directors within the Technology organization. This role provides high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support in a fast-paced environment and serves as a trusted partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, events, venues, catering, and logistics
  • Prepare and process expense reports and purchase orders
  • Draft, review, and finalize professional documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Create high-quality presentations and special reports
  • Facilitate meetings and support leadership communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Update org charts and support office operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years relevant experience.
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting VP/C-suite leaders
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Slack, Box, and calendar management tools.
