We are looking for a talented Director of Social Strategy who possesses substantial experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare social media to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the social strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all content aligns with brand goals and adheres to essential regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring 6-8+ years of senior-level experience in leading social strategies within an agency setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing social listening workstreams to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive strategies.
- Serving as the senior strategic lead during client meetings.
To excel in this role, you should have a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare social media landscape, with the ability to navigate FDA and internal MLR requirements effectively. Your operational fluency will be crucial as you work alongside the Operations team to manage the business aspects of social strategy.
Successful candidates will be adept at multitasking while maintaining a strategic perspective across multiple pharmaceutical brands and therapy categories. Technical expertise is vital, including proficiency with social listening tools and platform-specific capabilities relevant to healthcare. Additionally, experience in mentoring and supervising a team of social strategists will be essential.
