Who we are: We are a Portland based cannabis production company that distributes to 250+ dispensaries across the State of Oregon. We produce a large line of products, including edibles (cookies, rice crispy treats, gummies), kief, extracts, a full-line of pre-rolls (infused, single units, multipacks, hemp-wrapped blunts) with new products coming out regularly.

Who you are: You are a meticulous, highly organized inventory control specialist who thrives on data accuracy and system integrity. You are a self-starter dedicated to your team and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our inventory records are tracked perfectly from end-to-end. You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency are paramount.

What you'll do: The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments of cannabis products (e.g., preroll material, extracts, and edibles) and non-cannabis inventory (e.g., packaging, supplies, equipment).
  • Compare physical deliveries with purchase orders, invoices, and manifests to ensure all items are accounted for and documented correctly.
  • Manage the complete inbound inventory lifecycle, from physical delivery and inspection through to system induction and proper storage.
  • Accurately record all incoming cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, ensuring item master data and location tracking are consistently correct in both systems.
  • Adhere strictly to all state and local cannabis regulations, security protocols, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with the Director of Supply Chain, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth deliveries and product flow.
  • Investigate and promptly resolve all inventory discrepancies (e.g., shortages, overages, misallocations), identifying root causes to prevent recurrence and improve internal processes.
  • Develop and implement proactive inventory auditing procedures to continuously improve physical stock integrity.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and highly organized receiving and inventory storage area.

What you'll need:

  • The ability to work quickly with accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently in a room with others.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances without notice.
  • A mastery of cannabis compliance and inventory tracking procedures once trained.
  • An active OLCC card or proof of OLCC test passage.
  • Must be able to understand and comply with compliance and safety regulations.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
