About the Role:You will be responsible for auditing inventory picked for store orders. You will be responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Team in identifying and correcting inventory inaccuracies. You will also document and facilitate corrective measures for audited pallets. The Quality Assurance Clerk will report to the Inventory Control Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
Break down, audit, and reassemble freight on outbound pallets prior to load dispatch.
Record and report errors as they are discovered during the audit process.
Correct any errors found to ensure 100% accuracy on pallets audited.
Perform root cause analysis on any inaccuracies to prevent further errors from occurring.
Partner with RFC leadership staff, and directly with warehouse personnel to address audit results as needed.
Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Assist with moving outbound pallets and other warehouse inventories as needed to perform full audit analysis and corrective measures.
Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, and assist in resolving issues.
May lead, guide, and train other employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
Operate various forklifts in the RFC, including order pickers (cherry picker lift), sit-down, standup, and pallet jack forklifts.
Maintain clean and orderly workstations.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday 2:30 - 11:00pm
About The Pay:
Base Salary Range: $20.25
401(k) Profit Sharing.

Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You:
1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, quality assurance, or other related experience preferred.
Make solid decisions quickly based on limited information.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Intermediate experience with Excel preferred.
Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
Concern for achieving positive outcomes and growing the business; willing to get involved in all aspects of the process.
Ability to be creative, resourceful and take ownership over your categories.
