We are partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization that is investing in modernizing and scaling its data ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a senior-level data engineer who wants to architect, build, and own the data foundation of a growing national organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a centralized data warehouse
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines integrating multiple APIs
• Transition batch processes toward near real-time data
• Establish data governance and quality standards
• Lead BI tooling evaluation and reporting infrastructure
• Serve as the technical data authority across finance, marketing, and operations

Current Technical Environment

• AWS (Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda, S3)
• Python for API ingestion
• Early-stage Snowflake
• Legacy batch file ingestion

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in data engineering
• Proven experience building or re-architecting a data warehouse
• Strong AWS experience
• Advanced SQL + Python
• Data modeling expertise
• Experience supporting BI/reporting layers
• Comfortable operating independently in a growing organization
