The Folder/ Stitcher Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder and stitcher machines used in finishing printed materials. This role involves ensuring that all folding and stitching operations are carried out efficiently and accurately to produce high-quality finished products. Essential Functions:Machine Operation: Operate and monitor folder and stitcher machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Set up machines by adjusting settings and configurations based on job specifications. Load and feed materials into the machines, ensuring proper alignment and handling. Quality Control: Inspect folded materials for accuracy, including checking for proper folding, alignment, and overall quality. Make necessary adjustments to the machine to correct any defects or issues during production to ensure adherence to all quality and client requirements.
