The Sexual Assault Program Director provides strategic leadership and vision for YWCA Clark Countys 24/7 response for survivors of sexual assault (SA). This leadership role is responsible for aligning programming with the organizations mission of advancing racial and gender justice through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices. Reporting to the Vice President of Support and Prevention Programs, the Director plays a critical role in shaping and sustaining sexual assault services for the community, building and maintaining partnerships, and overseeing a dedicated, skilled and mission-driven team.
