Desired Background:
- 4+ years of litigation experience in Oregon, first chair trial experience a major plus
- General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, municipal litigation, fiduciary services, creditors' rights. land use litigation
- Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample
- Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork
- Admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington experience a major plus
