Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. We hire people that are skilled and passionate to meet our mission to end homelessness through outcome-based strategies which support personal and community transformation. The Blackburn Center (clinic side) is a federally qualified health center offering services with an emphasis on substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, behavioral health and primary care. The clinic is connected to Blackburn Center Apartments. The clinic has an on-site pharmacy and employment services with a branch of the Community Volunteer Corps (CVC) program. The Blackburn Center combines supportive housing with an on-site health care clinic, pharmacy and employment services.
