Merrill Gardens - 409 East Main Street - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed; Chart by exception; Provide care to residents in accordance with state guidelines and facility policies
