Please Note: This position requires an active BCBA certification. We do not offer training for BCBAcertification, but we provide an extensive training program tailored to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct various assessments and develop tailored behavior plans
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise staff
• Train and support caregivers and RBTs
• Collaborate within a dedicated team of experienced BCBAs

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Proven experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• A growth mindset and commitment to cultural responsiveness
