Chick-fil-A Raleigh Hills is a locally owned and operated family restaurant by owner Dean Hogan and his wife Chris. Both are natives of Oregon, grew up on the Oregon coast, and graduated from Seaside High School. After marrying, they moved to the Beaverton area where they were born to their three children. Dean's previous career in the auto parts business took them all over the country, but the opportunity to open a Chick-fil-A restaurant in their home state allowed them to return and be close to their family and lifelong friends. They love spending time mentoring their team and giving back to the Beaverton area community. Additionally, their growing family keeps them busy with three adult children, their spouses, and beautiful grandchildren.

Responsibilities of Back of the House Team Members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be well-informed of duties for all cooking stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and tables
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay current with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
