Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Inspector in our plastics-focused machine shop. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing quality control with on-the-job training and growth potential.
Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of plastic parts for defects, inconsistencies, and overall quality.
Use basic hand tools and gauges, with training provided.
Document inspection results and communicate findings to the production team.
Assist with packaging and labeling of inspected parts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Dexterity for measuring small parts.
Self-starter, curious, and eager to learn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with calipers, micrometers, blueprints, and CMM is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual.

Work Environment
Machine shop working primarily with plastics. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The environment values introverted individuals who are focused and detail-oriented, such as gamers who have thrived in this setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oregon City, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
