Account Executive – B2B Outside Sales

$100K First-Year Salary | $200K+ OTE | Protected Territory

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach
  • Conduct executive-level meetings and presentations
  • Build business cases demonstrating operational and financial ROI
  • Manage accounts with 100–10,000 employees
  • Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to close

This is a 100% net-new business role. Post-training, the schedule is 50% in-office and 50% in the field.

REQUIRED Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–5 years of professional sales experience (post-college)
  • Willingness to cold call and prospect daily
  • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings with executives
  • Proven track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, promotions, awards)
  • Average job tenure of ~13+ months per role
  • No employment with direct competitors in the same product category
  • Ability to pass background screening and provide 3 professional references (at least one former leader)

Preferred

  • B2B sales experience
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly competitive or achievement-driven background
