Lead Shingle Roofer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Shingle Roofer to oversee and actively work on residential and commercial roofing projects in the Portland area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable leading a crew on the roof while performing high-quality shingle installation. The Lead Shingle Roofer will be responsible for maintaining jobsite safety, productivity, and craftsmanship standards.

Extensive experience with shingle roofing installations and repairs.

Proven ability to lead and direct a roofing crew on active job sites.

Strong knowledge of proper shingling techniques, materials, and layout.

Ability to work safely and confidently at heights.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Competitive pay ranging from $41$51/hr, based on experience.

Consistent full-time work in the Portland metro area.
