Job Details
As a Sr. PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Portland area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
- 5+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Automated Logic
- Experience with Tridium Niagara n4
