About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional executive-level support while coordinating internal and external events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Monitor executive email inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Event Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and support company events, meetings, and special projects (on-site and off-site).
  • Assist with vendor coordination, event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage event set-up and tear-down, catering arrangements, and attendee communication.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives and team-building events.
Administrative Operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment needs, and facilities coordination.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchasing requests as needed.
  • Support general office operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding logistics when required.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience; executive support preferred.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or company functions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting senior leadership.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.50 per hour
