Outside Sales Representative (Facilities Solutions)

We are a sales training and development powerhouse looking for a driven professional to secure facilities and janitorial contracts across the Portland Metro.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Portland Market: Identify, prospect, and close daily suite/building maintenance and post-construction cleaning contracts.
  • Strategic Hunting: Use your own style to "hit the pavement," supported by regular strategy check-ins and world-class sales coaching.
  • Solution Selling: You aren't just selling cleaning; you're selling operational peace of mind to office managers, building managers, landlords and business owners.

What You Bring

  • The Hunter Mentality: You prefer being in the field over sitting behind a desk.
  • Coachability: You have a "student of the game" mindset and are ready to sharpen your sales toolkit.
  • Experience: Previous outside sales experience is preferred, but a documented history of "winning" in competitive environments is a must.
  • Self-Reliant: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to hit your numbers.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience).
  • Uncapped Commissions: Includes monthly residuals for the life of the contract.
  • Earnings Potential (OTE): $90k+ Year 1 | $120k+ Year 2 (Based on historical performance).
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Performance Bonuses.
