Title: Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA - Hybrid (2x per week)

Term: Contract

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement transmission product initiatives.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Conduct business analysis including requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Support process improvements and product development initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years ofproject management experience.
• Experience managing projects using industry project management methodologies
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and presentation tools
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Preferred Experience in the utility or energy industry.
• Preferred PMP / PMI certification.
