We are searching for a Contract Product Specialist for our sportswear / consumer products client. In this position, you will support end-to-end product seeding and tracking efforts tied to global energy and brand marketing initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate product readiness for campaigns, photoshoots, and activations.

As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Own end-to-end product seeding workflows, including tracking, ordering, and delivery for energy collaborations and brand initiatives
• Serve as the central point of contact across Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Global Energy, Entertainment, Merchandising, and Product teams
• Build, maintain, and manage seeding templates, trackers, order forms, and seasonal linesheets as the source of truth
• Coordinate seeding briefs, timelines, and product readiness for photoshoots, campaigns, and global activations
• Consolidate seeding lists across multiple partners and manage approvals prior to ordering
• Monitor shipments, track product movement, and manage final liquidation of remaining inventory
• Maintain on-campus physical inventory and closet organization, including outbound shipments
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale seeding processes within a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Support documentation and onboarding to ensure consistency across global regions

Who we're searching for / About you:

• 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, sports marketing, PR, or seeding coordination
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience tracking social engagement and product visibility metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with digital project trackers such as Airtable or Smartsheet is a plus
• Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Passion for sport, culture, and community
