As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) on patients in the comfort of their homes.
• Preferably have experience with HRAs to conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying both active and chronic health conditions.
• Measure vital signs, assess BMI, review medications, and carry out thorough physical examinations.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on identified health issues and necessary interventions.

Work Conditions:

• Enjoy part-time and flexible hours—set your own schedule! Must be available for at least 8-10 hours weekly (visits available 7 days a week).
• Earn a fixed payment of $130 per in-home screening, with mileage and no-show reimbursements provided.
• Each screening lasts approximately 1 hour; please note there is no prescribing involved.
• Benefit from malpractice coverage, paid training, scheduling assistance, and access to an EMR system.

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner state license.
• Current Nurse Practitioner Board Certification.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards of care.
• Ability to successfully complete a background and credentialing check.
• COVID vaccination is not required.
