Join our holistic dental practice and be an essential part of a friendly, patient-focused team! We are looking for a positive, proactive, and organized Dental Office Receptionist who can provide outstanding front-desk service and contribute to our mission of holistic oral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and check in patients
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations effectively
  • Handle incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments efficiently
  • Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless care for patients
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front-desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a patient-centered approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
  • Hourly pay range: $24 - $28 based on experience
