Position: Production Associate (Packaging)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves working at various machine stations, supporting packaging operations, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at multiple machine stations on the production floor
• Package products into various formats according to specifications
• Operate and monitor packaging machines
• Make basic machine adjustments and assist with changeovers
• Perform visual quality checks and accurate product counts
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including daily cleanup and weekly deep cleaning
• Support other production functions and tasks as needed
