Your Role:

As a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler, your responsibilities will include manually loading trucks with products for delivery, lifting, lowering, and carrying items in a fast-paced setting, as well as stacking empty pallets and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Safety is our priority, and we count on you to uphold our safety standards and promote a culture where safe practices are embraced.

Your contribution is vital to our success in fulfilling customer orders at Staples Supply Chain.

What You Bring:

• Ability to become MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment.

• A commitment to keeping your work area clean and organized.

• A collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers and effectively address issues.

• A quick adaptation to safety procedures and adherence to safe work practices.

• The capability to work in a warehouse environment with varying seasonal temperatures.

• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• 3+ months of relevant warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

• Willingness to pass a drug screening, as permissible by law.

• Ability to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, based on business needs.

• Capability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 100 pounds.

• Must wear safety composite shoes.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of your shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

• Competitive Pay: $24.00/hour (includes $2.00/hour Shift Differential)
